The Link that Binds ASCs and Anesthesia Providers

Ambulatory Anesthesia Solutions (AAS) serves as a direct channel between ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and the anesthesiologists and CRNAs who work with them, and it also provides overall management support for ASCs.

Delivering sustainable comprehensive or hybrid anesthesia solutions, policies, and procedures is the catalyst of rendering excellent care and key to delivering unprecedented service. We consider ourselves a part of your team, and we will strive to maintain and grow this partnership.

Our Story: Anesthesia Management Built for ASCs

Founded in 2009, AAS aims to bridge the gap between ASCs and anesthesia providers, ensuring excellence in care delivery and operational efficiency as a trusted, collaborative partner. Our team is driven by providing improved outcomes, more balanced caseloads, accurate scheduling, a reduction of case cancellations, and decreased costs.

Our Growing Presence in the Midwest

AAS now represents multiple ASC practices and surgical centers in Michigan’s Metro Detroit area, including Wayne, Oakland, Jackson, Kent, and Macomb counties. In 2022, Ambulatory Anesthesia Solutions expanded its reach into Indiana, beginning with multiple ASCs in Metro Indianapolis and continuing to grow its presence across the state, including markets such as Fort Wayne. This expansion further solidifies our commitment to providing comprehensive anesthesia solutions and management support across the Midwest.

With a growing presence in multiple states, AAS remains dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes and optimizing ASC performances.

Providers Selected for ASC Experience

While recognizing that anesthesia providers are trained and developed in a hospital-based environment, AAS has selected providers who are experienced and understand the dynamics involved in making an ASC successful.

We aim to provide patients with the best experience at your center, and we place an emphasis on helping our ASC facilities achieve success as well. Excellent patient care, patient satisfaction, and efficient service are our top priorities, and we will remain engaged with the needs of each of the facilities we service.

CRNA Director

From that point forward, he spent the next decade pursuing his goal of becoming a CRNA.
Ryan graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Nurse Anesthesia Program in 2013 and began his career at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. While he has always valued bedside nursing, he is especially drawn to the 1:1 patient relationships that anesthesia provides—delivering focused, high-acuity care while giving his full attention to one patient at a time. He also has a special appreciation for working with elderly patients and hopes one day to own and operate a retirement or assisted living community.
Originally from Washington State, Ryan grew up east of Seattle and moved to the city at 18 to attend college. Though he now resides in Indiana with his three young children, he remains a loyal Mariners and Seahawks fan—regardless of the season’s outcome.
